Teaching philosophy
“I learn so much about life through piano, and vice versa. I believe that everything is connected. Mind-body-spirit. I always approach music with an open heart and a beginner’s mind, and I love to be an explorer in music and grow each day as a musician.
I truely believe that all great teachers are perpetual students. There is always more to learn, more to explore, more to discover on the piano. I am here to help the younger generations to find joy, peace and passion on the piano, and ultimately, discover who they really are through the world of music.”

“When I resolved to learn classical piano I contacted the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. As a result I was introduced to Kelly who has taught me in my piano lessons since 2017.
She is a virtuoso at the concert piano and as a teacher sensitive and kind. That is, she performed in concerts throughout the year and she shares her amazing skills with me weekly. I thoroughly enjoy every lesson and Kelly’s motivational style keeps me keen for practice through the week between classes.
My musical skill and piano performance are progressing and improving. The scrupulous detail of every musical concept is deeply enriching and clarified by Kelly’s insightful explorations and patient encouragement.
Her educational qualifications are excellent and she puts her principles into practice expertly.
